AOG workflow demonstration

See the steps in a simulated urgent-parts request.

This page explains a fictional Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) scenario for product demonstration. It is not an emergency service, dispatch desk, or promise of stock, delivery time, or aircraft return to service.

  1. Describe the scenario. A demo buyer selects a sample item and records a requested quantity.
  2. Review the request. A fictional manager can inspect and approve or reject the demonstration request.
  3. Observe the outcome. The sandbox may create a demo order and simulated fulfillment events.

Do not enter real operational, passenger, aircraft, or payment information. For an actual aircraft-on-ground event, use your organization's approved maintenance and procurement procedures.
